This workshop is for you if you're: -

  • Being overly restrictive but then feeling out of control around food.
  • Becoming more critical of your body and never feeling lean enough, even after achieving your goals.
  • Emotionally eating and using food as your main comfort.
  • Self-worth and confidence becoming wholly linked to body goals.


You'll learn how to:

  • Achieve your goals in a sustainable way.
  • Break the restriction/over-eating cycle.
  • Find body neutrality and greater body acceptance, whilst still achieving your goals.
  • Soothing emotions without using food.
  • Creating solid self-worth and confidence.

About Harriet Frew

Hi, I’m Harriet Frew, a lover of fitness (gym, Hyrox, parkour) and a therapist who is worked with clients with disordered eating and body image issues for over 20 years. I came to this profession following my own food struggles and understand how difficult this can be.

Change is possible!

Today I eat all the foods without guilt, enjoy meals out with friends, have peace with my body and a healthy relationship with movement. Most importantly, I have the freedom to live my life to the full.
